Measurable Outcomes:
- In year one, the incumbent will have generated sufficient revenue from new sources so that the base salary for the position has been covered, thus ensuring greater likelihood of sustainability
- By the end of the year, the incumbent will have increased the numbers of new and renewed donors to all programs by a minimum of 10%
- In year one, the incumbent will have shaped a consistent communications strategy and media presence across our social media platforms so as to increase traffic to our ministry websites by 15%
