Executive Summary from Partners:
Our goal is create a platform that empowers people’s missional heart to mobilize a movement of investment, prayer and interactive support for dynamic national ministries around the Globe.
Partners International Canada exists in an extremely crowded not-for-profit (NFP) sector and the donor perception is that many organizations appear to be duplicating each other’s efforts. Donors are bombarded daily with a flood of unsolicited marketing communications such as email, text messages, and direct mail to name a few. Breaking through the clutter and trying to differentiate in this red ocean is extremely costly and time consuming for smaller NFP’s. Moreover, our research shows that donors desire to move beyond the financial gift and the memory of a past mission trip. They want greater and more frequent connectivity to the actual work and partners in the field. They also want deepen their missional relationships in practical ways and have an actual means to advocate on behalf of the causes and missions they passionately support.
In the past year, 247 churches were planted, 2,405 national workers were trained, 26,395 people made decisions to follow Jesus, 4,024 people were baptized in water, 74,566 people were assisted, and 973 communities were impacted. We desire to realize a dramatic increase in ministry field outcomes by launching a global platform that speaks one to many!
Measurable Outcomes:
- By July 2017, we will be in a position to host, promote and support over 500 ministry leaders and national workers around the globe. Each of them will be engaged in holistic development in alignment to Partners missional ethos.
- By April 2017 we will tested and have built the basic platform (of a three year plan towards a web platform) providing all the necessary tools to more than double our globe ministry field outcomes.
