Racing with purpose: Legacy fuels youth mental health support

At Stronger Philanthropy, we have the privilege of working alongside clients who pursue generosity with creativity, conviction, and measurable impact. One such example is the Legacy Foundation of Canada, whose recent $40,000 donation to Kids Help Phone reflects an inspired blend of philanthropy, sport, and youth advocacy.

The gift was made in partnership with Canadian Formula 4 driver Caleb Campbell, who concluded his rookie 2025 U.S. F4 Championship season by presenting the donation to Kids Help Phone. Throughout the season, KHP’s logo was prominently displayed on Caleb’s F4 race car, race suit, and team apparel—transforming the racetrack into a platform for raising awareness about youth mental health across North America.

Caleb’s involvement extended well beyond branding. As an official Kids Help Phone Ambassador, he used his growing digital presence—reaching more than 50,000 followers—to share weekly “Mindset Monday” reflections focused on resilience, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. His public speaking engagements reinforced a simple but powerful message: young people deserve accessible, confidential support, and no one should face life’s challenges alone.

Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only free, 24/7, multilingual e-mental health service for youth, providing critical support through phone, text, and online resources. The $40,000 contribution from Legacy Foundation of Canada directly strengthens this national safety net, helping ensure that young people can access timely, trusted help whenever they need it.

This initiative captures what thoughtful philanthropy can achieve—leveraging passion, visibility, and partnership to create real-world impact. We are honoured to support Legacy Foundation of Canada as they continue to invest in innovative approaches that care for the next generation, both on and off the track.
